By engaging Curated City’s services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
Curated City provides personalised outing itineraries based on the information you provide. Each itinerary is custom‑built and delivered digitally. Upgrades are available.
Curated City plans outings and events but does not make reservations or bookings on your behalf.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your intake form. Curated City is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect details.
3. Payment
A quote and payment link will be provided prior to planning. Work begins only after payment has been received in full.
4. Delivery
Your itinerary will be delivered digitally to the e‑mail address you provide. Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload and complexity.
5. Revisions
Each itinerary includes one revision round. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Additional revisions may be available for an added fee.
6. Refunds
You may cancel without charge within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

7. Limitations
Curated City does not make reservations, bookings, or purchases on your behalf. Availability of restaurants, venues, activities, transportation, and event spaces is not guaranteed.
8. Liability
Curated City is not responsible for the actions, policies, pricing, or availability of third‑party businesses. All outings are undertaken at your own discretion.
9. Use of Materials
All itineraries and materials created by Curated City are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed.
10. Communication Consent
By submitting your information, you agree to receive e‑mails related to your inquiry. Marketing e‑mails require separate CASL consent.
